Returns
All goods must be unworn and still contain labels. Customers wishing to return
goods outside the 7 day period however within 28 days will be offered an
exchange on all unworn items. All items must be returned with a valid receipt
to the location of purchase .
Sale, reduced items sold or items sold at events
Exchanges will be offered for all Sale items or items sold at events when returned within a 28 day period. Items purchased should be returned with a valid receipt and all items must be unworn and contain labels. For all website and events returns please ensure full contact details are included and reason for the return. Returns should be sent to Girlsbike2, 52 Walsworth Road, Hitchin, Herts, SG4 9SX.
Although GirlsBike2 are confident that their goods are of the highest quality, in an event of a faulty item, GirlsBike2 will liaise with the manufacturers to repair any damaged items returned within 28 days of purchase.
All helmets purchased via retail and web outlets are non returnable unless faulty. This is a standard industry wide policy and is designed to protect customers.
Payment
In order to ensure security when paying via the website, GirlsBike2 use a third
party payment processing company called Protx. Protx use 128-bit encryption to
ensure that the information you are sending is safe and secure, and can not be
read by other online users. Information is also stored in a heavily encrypted
database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls, which
therefore provides a high level of security.
Usage problems with site
If you should find that you are having problems using the site then please dont

However, if you are finding that when you add items to the basket, that your
basket still shows as being empty, then you do not have cookies enabled. If you
