Making A Purchase
Retail Outlets
GirlsBike2 retail outlets offer an opportunity for women to shop in a friendly boutique style environment. All stores are run by women motorcyclists who are on hand to offer advice and guidance where required. Our stores offer a range of clothing selected from our website ranges. Each store offers different ranges therefore if you are looking for a specific item please contact us on 01462 434350 and we will be happy to help. Alternatively please contact the store directly.
Ordering Online
Ordering your clothing and accessories via the website couldn't be easier. The ordering service has been designed to be user-friendly and secure. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
This website is operated as a Members' Discount Club, and you agree to join the club by placing your first order with us. You will then be sent an email with your user name and password for future orders through this website. You may close your account with us by emailing us at info@girlsbike2.com requesting account closure.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Shipping And Handling Deliveries to UK Mainland are charged at £8.50 per parcel.
Deliveries to UK Islands (Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Channel Islands), Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Scottish Highlands are charged at £18.00 per parcel.
Deliveries to Western Europe (Belgium/Demmark/France (Mainland)/Germany/Luxembourg/Monaco/Netherlands) are charged at £35.00 per parcel.

Delivery Schedule
GirlsBike2 use a high quality courier service to ensure our customers receive their orders on time. All customers ordering via the website will be kept fully up-to-date of the status of their orders. We will endeavor to deliver your orders within 14 days however if we experience a delay we will keep you fully updated. |
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place them on back order for you. You will be emailed with the timescales for delivery, an option to take an alternative product or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |

Returns Policy
Refunds will be offered to customers returning goods purchased online or via our retail outlets if returned within 7 days. Items must be returned unworn and must still contain labels. Customers wishing to return goods outside the 7 day period however within 28 days will be offered an exchange on all unworn items. All items must be returned with a valid receipt to the location of purchase
If you have purchased an item from a retail outlet the item should be returned to this location.
Items purchased via Girlsibke2 website must be returned to: Girlsbike2, 52 Walsworth Road, Hitchin, Herts, SG4 9SX. . Please include your internet reference number, date of purchase online and your contact details. Girlsbike2 recommend items returned are sent via a recorded postal service. Postage costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer however Girlsbike2 will send replacement items out with no delivery costs.
Sale, reduced items sold or items sold at events
Sale items or items sold at events are non refundable however an exchange will be offered if returned within a 7 day period. Items purchased should be returned with a valid receipt and all items must be unworn and contain labels. Returns should be sent to Girlsbike2, 52 Walsworth Road, Hitchin, Herts, SG4 9SX.
Faulty Items
Although GirlsBike2 are confident that their goods are of the highest quality, in an event of a faulty item, GirlsBike2 will liaise with the individual manufacturer to repair any damaged/faulty item within the set manufacturer guarantee timescales. Please contact Girlsbike2 to confirm these timescales for specific manufacturers. If the item is deemed by the manufacturer to be beyond repair a replacement will be offered. All helmets purchased from Girlsbike2 are non returnable unless faulty. This is a standard industry wide policy and is designed to protect our customers. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
